Cannot open this app since iOS 9 upgrade

Ever since I upgraded my iPad to iOS 9.1, this app crashed whenever I opened it. The error message was "In order run Look & Cook you need to have a working internet connection. Please connect the internet now and re-run Look & Cook."

My internet was working properly and other apps could connect to the internet just fine. I tried to resolve this error by deleting and reinstalling the app along with a soft restart of my iPad several times to no avail. This was a great app but now it no longer works. Can the developer please fix this app with a new update?
